Dani Stephenson is a multi-Grammy, Emmy and Billboard Award-winning entertainment executive, producer, philanthropist, and serial entrepreneur. He’s the founder of Straight Forward Group and its seven subsidiary companies, encompassing the worlds of music, film & TV, technology, art, sports, philanthropy, and real estate.

In the music industry, Dani is responsible for over 70 million in record sales worldwide and has worked on campaigns with such artists as Michael Jackson, Dr. Dre, Drake, Ed Sheeran, Lil Nas X, Megan Thee Stallion, P Diddy, Big Sean, Rita Ora, Rich The Kid, Anne Marie, Dave, and Skepta, to name a few. He co-produced the Billboard Top-charting single “The Mack” ft. Fetty Wap and Mack Morrison and continued his foray into the industry by signing talent to his Straight Forward Music Group who were responsible for projects like Drake’s 5x Platinum Billboard-winning album “Scorpion,” Megan Thee Stallion’s 2x Grammy-winning single “Savage,” Cardi B’s BET-winning album “WAP,” and Lil Nas X’s Grammy-nominated single “Montero.”

In film and television, Dani executive-produced and composed music for Marvel’s blockbuster film “Eternals” directed by Chloe Zao and starring Angelina Jolie, and worked on the Emmy Award-winning TNT commercial “Inside The NBA: Kobe Bryant Tribute” featuring hip-hop royalty Dr Dre.

In 2015, Dani founded the company's philanthropic arm Straight Forward Giving to provide opportunities for deprived communities and to support charities like UNICEF, United Nations, and The Prince’s Trust Foundation. On Feb. 8, 2022, Dani was awarded the prestigious “Points of Light” for his charity's continued nationwide contributions. Dani was invited to 10 Downing Street as one of the recipients of the prestigious honor by the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

On 4th of June 2022, Dani received a uniquely designed Platinum Champion Jubilee pin and a signed certificate from Her Royal Highness The Queen Consort on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen. With over five thousand nominations for the distinctive honor, Dani was handpicked by and an esteemed panel of judges that included Ade Adepitan (MBE), Gyles Brandreth, Elaine Paige (OBE), Felicity Kendal (CBE), Julie Siddiqi (MBE), Myleene Klass, and Her Royal Highness The Queen Consort herself.

On January 26, 2023, Dani will be honored with The British Citizen Award in recognition of the positive impact he’s had on the society at large, which will be presented to him at The Palace of Westminster in London, England. And on March 14, 2023, Dani will be awarded the prestigious “Victory of Gondar Medal” and “Knight Commander of The Order of The Star” Knighthood in Washington DC, awarded by Prince Ermias Sahle-Selassie, President of the Crown Council of Ethiopia, in recognition of his exceptional philanthropic work and voluntary support of “The Victory of Gondar” memorial. Dani is also working on an educational incubator facility in Jamaica and Ethiopia to help nurture the next generation of music, film, and sports.
